An excellent communicator – in French and English – you are methodical, pragmatic, and proactive. Curious and naturally endowed with leadership, you have an excellent technical and industrial background. Customer-oriented and positive in character, you possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, and know how to energize collaboration between teams.
As an engineer in environmental sciences, sustainable management, eco-design, energy, or a generalist, you have at least 5 to 7 years of operational experience in a high-volume, large-series industrial environment and/or continuous process project management, ideally in an industrial environment where environmental and energy performance is an important objective.

You are a professional specialized in planning, coordinating, and managing projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency of industrial sites. This role is crucial to reduce energy consumption, optimize operating costs, and ensure sustainable solutions in modern infrastructures.
Implementation of technologies and practices to maximize production with reduced energy consumption, including equipment optimization, thermal recycling, use of alternative energies, etc.
Detailed assessment of an industrial site's energy consumption to identify sources of waste and propose optimization solutions to reduce costs and carbon footprint.
Energy performance
The ability of a facility or industrial process to consume a minimum of energy while maintaining an optimal production level, measured through KPI indicators such as energy yield, utilization factor, etc.
Continuous improvement projects related to reducing energy consumption
Industrial projects integrating Lean methodology and monitoring of energy indicators to sustainably optimize resource use by reducing losses and improving facility efficiency.
