- You reliably operate our complex systems in fresh cheese production and gradually learn additional systems step by step.
- With your technical skills, you support in resolving production issues and keep the process running.
- You independently carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks because cleanliness and hygiene have the highest priority with us.
- Your structured way of working is reflected in the seamless documentation of your processes and the clean handover to the next shift.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training in the food sector (e.g., dairy technology, baker, etc.) or have experience as a plant operator in a food company.
- You demonstrate flexibility through your willingness to work in a 2- to 3-shift operation (Monday to Friday, seasonally also Saturdays).
- With your open, honest, independent, and positive nature, you fit perfectly into our team and the Emmi culture.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
- You are motivated, physically fit, and ready to explore new paths together with us.
