You can make a difference
- You take end-to-end responsibility for goods receipt (approx. 10 employees) and actively work operationally.
- You bear overall responsibility for an efficient, GDP-compliant goods receipt with a focus on throughput time and booking quality.
- You ensure that bookings from the truck to the system are recorded promptly and correctly in SAP.
- You control and further develop the goods receipt processes with SAP and Cargoclix.
- You implement lean management and continuous improvement process initiatives and achieve measurable results.
- You consistently question existing processes and implement innovative, digital solutions.
- You lead the team transformation towards clear standards, personal responsibility, and high performance.
- You are a member of the Operations management team and actively contribute.
What you bring with you
- You have training in logistics/business administration or several years of experience in operational goods receipt.
- You have leadership experience in goods receipt, ideally in a regulated environment.
- You have proven success in lean management projects.
- You are very familiar with SAP (goods receipt/bookings) and Cargoclix/Tradelink.
- You bring strong process and system understanding as well as experience in digitizing goods receipts.
- You have experience in change and transformation processes.
- You like to take responsibility – both operationally and in leadership.
- You speak very good German and good English.
