Shape the digital future with us – as a visionary leader. You will take over the management of our software development and shape the technological direction of our company. In doing so, you will not only lead a dedicated team of 20 employees but also actively contribute your strategic and technical expertise.
Your Role
- You have overall responsibility for software development – in technical, qualitative, and security aspects as well as personnel management.
- You lead and manage the further development of your team consisting of software and quality assurance engineers.
- You make architectural decisions, define technology stacks, and ensure clear development guidelines and their compliance.
- You collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, system engineers, and business management, contributing to the successful implementation of our projects.
- Quality, timeliness, and budget compliance are within your area of responsibility.
- You promote an agile, innovation-driven development culture and bring in new impulses.
Your Profile
- A completed degree in computer science or engineering (EPFL, university, ETH) or a comparable education.
- Several years of leadership experience (5-8 years) in software development, ideally in an agile environment.
- Solid knowledge in Java, Oracle, Maven, IntelliJ, Git, and modern software architectures, cloud technologies, as well as DevOps.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for leadership.
- Open to occasional visits to Zurich and St. Gallen.
- Very good German (C1) and French skills (C2), English skills are an advantage.
