Specialist 50-100%, Night Shift

We are looking for a humorous, flexible, and motivated personality for our night bakery team, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected jobs and daily structures. The employees are guided in their work by 120 specialists. 

Your diverse tasks

• Alternating and independently managing the various positions in the bakery 
• Picking bakery products according to delivery notes
• Guiding, challenging, and promoting employees in the second labor market
• Compliance with all hygiene regulations 
• Compliance with accident prevention regulations
• Receiving and checking goods deliveries
• Information obligation towards superiors in relevant matters
• Participation in goods management and inventory
• Involvement in all cleaning tasks and checking the final cleaning
• Participation in internal and external training
• Precise and responsible work
• Promotion of teamwork and exemplifying the values of the St. Jakob Foundation (according to the department head)

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a baker - confectioner is an advantage, also possible for career changers
• Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker and a loyal person
• Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
• Team ability as well as high social competence, empathy, and motivation
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Impeccable character
