Team Leader Commercial Property Management (m/f/d)

This is what you move:
- As the commercial team leader, you are responsible for the professional and personnel management of employees at the Zug and Lucerne locations. You recruit, enable, and develop your employees
- You also ensure flawless communication flow, compliance with processes and guidelines, as well as performance management
- As a role model and through active promotion and control, you ensure the quality of service at your location
- You are responsible for the holistic management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, contract and key management, and ensuring flawless condition
- Through your expertise and negotiation skills, you conduct successful negotiations and prepare commercial lease agreements and amendments, market analyses, reports, and budgets
- Communication with owners, tenants, authorities, and other stakeholders as well as organizing meetings and tenant orientations are your responsibility
- You are responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to companies, as well as controlling and approving creditor orders and invoices
- As the professional contact point in the team, you are responsible for training and guiding employees as well as achieving economic goals and timely and quality-compliant implementation of measures
This is why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education, are a property manager with a federal certificate of competence, and ideally hold a diploma as a real estate trustee
- You also have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and in the management of commercial properties
- Coaching, motivating, and pragmatic doing are among your strengths, and you already have experience in employee management
- You find it easy to build, maintain, and further develop trust with various internal and external stakeholders
- You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge daily in working with various systems
- You are a team player, resilient, and characterized by your customer- and service-oriented personality
- An efficient and goal-oriented working style as well as good communication skills qualify you in dealing with demanding target groups
- You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing
