Your tasksAs a dispatcher for special transports, you take on a central role in our team in Bassersdorf. You are responsible for planning and coordinating special and heavy transports and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:
- Planning and organizing special and heavy transports taking into account customer requirements and legal regulations.
- Coordination with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure efficient transport processes.
- Monitoring transport processes and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Handling customer inquiries and preparing offers.
- Maintaining and updating transport documentation.
We are looking for a committed personality with experience in logistics and special transports. You should bring the following qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in the dispatching of heavy or special transports - required
- Completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of Swiss regulations in heavy and special transport
