Our agency is recruiting for a top-tier watchmaking manufacturer a professional in high-end decoration and finishing, a:

Finishing / Polishing Operator M/F

Your tasks at the heart of the workshop :

• Manual polishing & decoration: Perform careful manual polishing (components and casing), perfectly regular and homogeneous manual edging and satin finishing.

• Polish-blocking & grinding: Prepare, configure the flat grinding machines and carefully mount plates and components on independent heads.

• Additional finishing: Carry out microblasting, deburring and bevelling operations according to high watchmaking standards.

• Quality & rigour: Continuous self-inspection under magnifying glass/binoculars, tracking aesthetic defects and strict adherence to dimensional and geometric tolerances.

• Sector development: Actively contribute to the creation of operating ranges, standardisation of methods and first-level maintenance of equipment.

Your profile :

• Proven experience: Confirmed mastery in watchmaking finishing (manual polishing, satin finishing/edging, blocking/grinding).

• Gesture & precision: Dexterity, excellent visual acuity (prolonged work under magnifying glass), patience and extreme meticulousness.

• Technical skills: Good understanding of the mechanical and thermal behaviour of precious metals and steels.

• Mindset: Pioneering spirit, curious, rigorous and proactive to participate in the creation of new workshop standards.
