As a competence center for the elderly, we offer a comprehensive range of services in our new building that adapt to the individual life situations and needs of residents and patients. This can be in inpatient long-term care, in the specialized departments for dementia, rehab and transitional care, or palliative care. We offer a suitable place for culinary experiences or for events and conferences with our versatile gastronomy landscape. The services area includes a hair salon, a foot care studio, and a physiotherapy practice. Thanks to our highly qualified staff and the innovative building with the latest technology, we are one of the leading institutions in the region.

Your mission:

You serve and pamper our guests in the à la carte restaurant, the bistro, or the residents' restaurant and ensure a smooth service process. From taking orders to billing, you are there for our customers and enable them to have a comfortable, pleasant stay. Additionally, you perform mise-en-place and cleaning tasks and assist with banquets, seminars, and events. You will have the opportunity to help shape the opening of a cafeteria in an externally located senior residence in autumn 2026 and contribute your expertise there.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist or several years of experience in the gastronomy sector
• Native German speaker or very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work weekends
• Service orientation, organizational skills, attentiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Warmth and joy in dealing with people
