- Responsible for and ensuring the basic medical care of clients in the center, taking into account existing legal and other requirements (authorities, specialists, and ORS)
- Leading and organizing an effective triage according to urgency and severity as well as subsequent coordination with medical organizations (emergency, rescue organizations, doctors, dentists)
- Performing medical first aid in emergencies, nursing measures, and medically prescribed measures
- Managing the in-house pharmacy under the guidance of a responsible pharmacist and emergency kit
- Organizing, advising, and partially personally conducting regular training for non-medical caregivers/center management in the area of basic medical care/procedures in emergencies and prevention
- Identifying, informing, initiating, and enforcing measures/structures regarding communicable diseases and general hygiene
- Holding consultations in the center and/or in other accommodation units
- Maintaining and managing medical records
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Higher professional examination or equivalent (Federal Diploma / Postgraduate HF studies)
- 0 to 1 year relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
