In a constantly evolving field, the Business Services Claims entity within the P&C Department wishes to strengthen itself to meet its challenges. To this end, we are looking for a Business analyst (m/f/x) - FR/DE - 80-100%, who will be one of the main intermediaries between the business and the developers and testers of the Information System.
This exciting and very diverse role will lead you to work closely with all P&C insurance business services, digital transformation teams, and those of the Information System.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Identify, collect, and analyze business needs
- Coordinate the estimation of business benefits and costs
- Participate in the modernization and documentation of work processes
- Contribute to the specification of Epics, Features, and User Stories to achieve the targeted business value
- Define processes and detailed documentation in close collaboration with the business
- Support the Product Owner to feed and prioritize the product backlog
- Develop test scenarios and ensure their validation
- Define the technical solution (detailed analyses) that will serve the developer and tester (QA) of the solution
- Follow the development process of IT requests
- Contribute to the training of business collaborators during the deployment of new functionalities
Your profile:
- Good insurance knowledge and project methodological skills in an Agile-Scrum environment
- Proven experience as a Business analyst and preferably in the insurance field, knowledge in claims/benefits management is a plus
- Perfect command of French with very good knowledge of German (min. level C1 mandatory prerequisite), English is an asset
- Ability to work in a team with a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to define a technical solution in collaboration with the solution developers
- Proactive and a source of proposals
