To support our health department, we are looking for a reliable, cheerful, and team-oriented personality as
- Independent handling of administrative processes with a focus on nursing and residual cost financing
- Checking and resolving billing discrepancies as well as close cooperation with internal accounts payable
- Responsibility for the complete and reliable handling of all administrative processes
- Managing counter and telephone service during the municipality's opening hours
- Consultation and information on topics related to aging
- Completed commercial basic training; experience in social insurance or in nursing home, hospital, or home care administration is an advantage, as well as knowledge of interfaces with hospitals, nursing homes, or home care
- Confident handling of IT applications (FIS, CMI, MS Office, Klib) and enthusiasm for thinking along, further developing, and optimizing modern work processes
- Independent, efficient, and structured way of working
- Open, empathetic, and appreciative in contact with older people
