Your tasks

• Processing, checking, and booking of all corporate actions
• Drafting customer letters
• Handling and execution of internal and external customer orders and inquiries
• Assisting with account and custody reconciliation
• Project collaboration

What you bring

• Bank training and several years of experience in securities back office with a focus on corporate actions
• Experience in handling Swift messages
• Very good German and good English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Independent and precise working style
