Your task

Empathetic and resident-centered care and support for our residents
Implementation of the primary nursing concept
Professional design of the care process
Assumption of daily and house responsibility
Participation in the supervision of trainees, students, and interns
Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team with home doctors and physiotherapists

Our requirements

Joy in the nursing profession and interest in the development of the field of long-term care
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (DN II, AKP) or equivalent
Very good oral and written German skills
Responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a strong focus on quality
