You start with targeted onboarding and quickly integrate successfully into the team. With the support of the COO, you take on:
- Project management: Development and implementation of tailored research strategies
- Identification: Creation of target profiles using innovative IT tools
- Approaches: Telephone and written direct approaches as well as dossier preparation
- Client contact: Coordination of interviews
- Website/Job board: Creation of texts for web and job boards
- Human Resources: Management of applications in the ERP system
