• Degree: Commercial or technical education
• Practical experience: Experience in recruitment and direct approach or quick learning ability

• Social Media: Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

• Identification: Creation of target profiles using innovative IT tools
• Approaches: Telephone and written direct approaches as well as dossier preparation
• Client contact: Coordination of interviews
• Website/Job board: Creation of texts for web and job boards
• Human Resources: Management of applications in the ERP system
