Human Resources/ HR Specialist (m/f), 40-50%To support our team, we are looking for a motivated employee in the Human Resources area starting March 1, 2026. The part-time position is also suitable for re-entrants. Your tasks include various HR duties including recruitment. With good development, you can take on leadership responsibility in a central support function as the company grows.

Your tasks:
- HR administration: employment contracts, work certificates, job postings
- Personnel recruitment including interviews, trial days, and applicant administration
- Handling entries and exits as well as all personnel changes
- Maintenance of personnel files and employee lists
- Monthly payroll processing for all employees/forwarding to the trustee
- Updating liquidity planning and assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements together with the trustee
- Preparation of VAT, AHV, UVG, daily sickness allowance, and BVG statements
Your profile:
- Qualification as HR specialist or HR assistant
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in human resources
- High resilience and excellent self-organization
- Strong IT affinity and good MS Office skills
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, precise, and conscientious working style
- Knowledge and affinity for social media, website management, and recruitment platforms
