We are H+O communications Ltd., an established communication agency in the healthcare sector – and at the same time healthbook, a medical publishing house based in Zurich. Our focus is on the development and implementation of high-quality communication measures through print and digital media on various platforms.

Our clients are primarily active in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, diagnostics, and medical technology. Our dedicated team of consultants and specialists develops innovative marketing solutions to optimize communication in the healthcare sector.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated

Associate Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing several clients as well as planning, coordinating, and successfully implementing projects. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• You efficiently, successfully, solution-oriented, and accurately accompany clients and their projects throughout the entire collaboration.

• You advise clients on efficient, successful, and solution-oriented communication strategies and appropriate measures.

• You conduct regular meetings with your clients and build long-term, trusting relationships.

• During the collaboration, you actively identify cross- and upselling potentials and thus also bear important revenue responsibility.

• You design tailored communication measures and implement them in close coordination with internal specialists (Medical Writer, Graphic Designer, IT Specialists, etc.).

• You ensure a high quality standard and ensure that budget and time specifications are strictly adhered to.

• You recognize risks and challenges early and address them proactively.

What you bring:

• You are ambitious, creative, and success-oriented. You drive projects efficiently, are solution-oriented, and structured.

• You enjoy working simultaneously on diverse tasks and projects and have the ability to analytically assess and optimize processes.

• You have a completed degree in healthcare, biology, ideally with a PhD.

• You have experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, or medical technology.

• You are able to build and actively maintain close client relationships – following the motto: "The customer is king!"

• Coordinating multiple client accounts and projects brings you joy.

• You possess pronounced analytical and strategic skills as well as a high problem-solving competence.

• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
