Tasks

Checking inventories, invoices, accountability reports, and compensation requests for completeness, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness Clarifications with private and professional guardians, obtaining information and documents from institutions (banks, insurance companies, authorities) Writing the audit report and parts of the authority's decision draft Assessing possible financial damages to the affected persons, calculating any claims for damages Assessing the financial investments of the affected persons (VBVV) and proposing instructions for guardians Advising and instructing newly appointed private guardians Participating in on-site inventory by guardians Collaborating or partially leading IT projects (e.g., scanning project) Coordination and collaboration in the specialist area "Template Management and Text Modules" (OAW), especially content-related (e.g., coordination of system adjustments between KESB, CMI, and OAW, adjustment of smart templates and contents in consultation with content managers)
Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, qualification at the level of advanced technical college or federal diploma in fiduciary or accounting field Professional experience, preferably in banking, auditing, social insurance, or child and adult protection IT affinity and conceptual skills Knowledge of social insurance law (especially supplementary benefits to AHV/IV), real estate transactions, and financial investments is an advantage Reliability, dependability, and efficient working style Communicative personality who enjoys writing clearly and understandably Networked thinking and enjoyment of collaboration in an interdisciplinary team Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of CMI is an advantage
