Help our clients navigate the future with confidence and make decisions with clear data-driven choices
Deloitte AI & Data helps clients harness the power of AI and data to deliver better human-centered solutions that catalyze growth and efficiency. We enable them to leverage data, analytics, modern platforms, and Data Science & AI technologies to uncover hidden relationships in large data sets, generate insights, and support their decision-making.
We support our clients in building state-of-the-art data landscapes to take their analytical capabilities to the next level. Our mission is to understand their business problems and use data-driven thinking and technology to deliver outcomes that advance their business.
This role is open to candidates with either an AI/Analytics or a Data Engineering/Data Platform background and preference. During the interview process, we will determine your fit within one of these specialized subteams.
We also welcome applications from trainee candidates with limited professional experience, provided they are available for full-time work (not returning to studies). After 4-6 months in a trainee role, we will reassess readiness for a Business Analyst role. For this role, we currently offer start dates from February 2026.
How You Can Make a Difference
- Design and implement data strategies and modern data solutions - including data management, platforms, and AI use cases - that enable clients to achieve their business goals in compliance, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
- Provide architectural, technical, and organizational expertise to lead complex data and analytics transformations with significant organizational impact.
- Drive data & AI use cases from conception to production.
- Build trusted client relationships through project delivery and business development and expand your network internally and externally.
- Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
- Be a role model for colleagues through strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and expertise.
- Continuously expand your knowledge across industries and share insights with colleagues.
