About the job
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the hot and cold preparation of culinary specialties from all regions of China
- Master traditional and modern techniques of Chinese gastronomy
- Complete setup of the assigned station (hot/cold)
- Participate in the daily service of the restaurant (self-service or à la carte depending on the service)
- Strictly apply hygiene, food safety rules and procedures
- Perform general cleaning tasks of the station at the end of the service

Your profile
- Proven experience in regional Chinese cuisine (Sichuan, Canton, Hunan, Shanghai, Beijing, etc.)
- Ability to work completely independently
- Respect for hygiene and safety standards
- Good time management, rigor and attention to detail
- Fluency in French or Chinese (minimum oral required)
