Team Leader 2-Shift Liquid Gases Team (Day Position)

To strengthen our Operations Division Mono, Chemical Production, we are looking for a dedicated leader who will take responsibility as Team Leader for our 2-Shift Liquid Gases Team in a day position.

Your tasks:

• Technical and personnel leadership of the 2-shift team as well as promotion of the further development of the team and employees
• Organization of shift operations: coordination of work orders, priorities, breaks, absences, and structured shift handover
• Contact person for external parties (porter, on-call service, fire department) in case of incidents
• Responsibility for the implementation of all work in the assigned area in compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements

Your profile:

• Strong awareness of safety and active promotion of the safety culture
• Advantageous: Several years of experience (5–10 years) as deputy shift leader or plant specialist in chemical production or related industries; ideally with knowledge of process control systems
• Completed CPT or CPP apprenticeship (formerly: certified operator) or willingness to start this training
• Open to new technologies and motivated to continuously further educate yourself
• Committed, flexible, and reliable personality with personal responsibility, team spirit, and high social competence
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including outside of daytime working hours and on holidays.
