- Work mainly in the hot kitchen, depending on knowledge and experience
- Responsibility for a station in the kitchen, depending on experience and training
- Participation in the production and preparation of dishes both à la carte and in the half-board area
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for our menus and dishes
- Co-supervision of apprentices in the kitchen
- Compliance with operational hygiene rules
