For the Department of Permits & Supervision, which is responsible, among other things, for issuing professional practice permits and admissions, we are looking for a specialist in professional practice permits, 80-100%, to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
You process permit and admission applications from medical and health professionals from receipt to completion. Part of your responsibilities also includes telephone inquiries and correspondence with applicants. You prepare statistics and maintain them accordingly. In addition, you are responsible for the systematic filing of documents. Furthermore, you support the department management and the legal service in supervisory clarifications and participate in internal departmental projects.
Your profile
We are looking for a service-oriented, proactive, and communicative personality who has complemented their federal professional qualification (EFZ) with a vocational further education and has proven skills in the administrative-organizational area and an affinity for legal topics. Your oral and written expression in German is impeccable. In addition, you have a quick grasp, think in networks, and can approach complex issues in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You are willing to achieve above-average results together with our team and have the ambition to perform your work with excellent quality.
