As part of the service agreement with the municipalities of Uhwiesen, Dachsen, Flurlingen, and Feuerthalen-Langwiesen, Spitex am Kohlfirst ensures professional outpatient care and support for the residents of these municipalities. We are a progressive, dynamic organization and the demand for our services is steadily increasing. To expand our psychosocial team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement

Nursing Specialist HF / FH - Focus on Psychiatry (30%-50%)

Your job with us

• Professional psychiatric and psychosocial care and support of chronically and mentally ill people at home
• Conducting needs assessments with interRAI-CMH
• Consultation and guidance of relatives and clients
• Building long-term nursing therapeutic relationships 
• Independent implementation and planning of the holistic nursing process, including psychiatric case management
• Collaboration with external specialist and counseling centers
• Professional support in the field of psychiatry for the entire nursing team
• Participation in the supervision of nursing students HF / FH

What you bring with you

• Completed nursing studies HF / FH with a focus on psychiatry (at least two years of professional experience in inpatient or partial inpatient psychiatric care)
• Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style
• High resilience and flexibility
• Competence in self-organization and self-reflection
• IT skills (including RAI-CMH knowledge or willingness to train)
• Driver's license category B (own car advantageous)
