We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a:
Front Office Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Check-in and check-out of guests including billing
- Guest care during their stay (contact person for wishes, complaints, recommendations, etc.)
- Control and management of daily/monthly closings
- Creation and further development of work instructions and standards (SOPs)
- Organization and optimization of internal processes in the front office area
- Interface and communication management
- Quality assurance and employee motivation in the front office team
Your profile
- Completed training in hospitality or comparable qualification
- Leadership experience desired
- Strong hospitality mentality and organizational talent
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages desired
- Knowledge of the hotel software Protel is an advantage
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Resilience, flexibility
