Ideally, you have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on General Management / Marketing / Supply Chain Management. Fluent German skills are required; additional language skills are gladly welcomed. Initial professional experience in a similar environment gives you an advantage. Above all, you score with us with your enthusiastic, proactive personality characterized by a networked way of thinking and working. If you are motivated to successfully apply the skills you learned during your studies in a 6-month trainee program with us and aim for a permanent position afterwards, then we definitely want to get to know you.

You will take on the following tasks:

Creation of analyses and evaluations to improve and further develop products and process flows
Participation and processing of projects such as the further development of sales control or the incentive program
Operational collaboration and taking responsibility for individual tasks in the partner management department, such as monitoring and optimizing the revenue operations process
Conceptual support and hands-on assistance with special topics and issues
