Then join us as Maître d’Hôtel.
A true conductor of the dining room, you are responsible for the customer experience, the smooth flow of services, and the enhancement of the house's cuisine and wines.
Your role is twofold: manage and inspire your team while being present in service, close to customers and attentive to their satisfaction.
Our starred restaurant is looking for a Maître d'Hôtel to join a committed team, at the heart of a house that values the taste for well-done work, transmission, and humanity.
Your strengths, qualities, and ambitions:
- Strong experience in gastronomy, and the desire to continue learning
- A sharp eye, a precise hand, and a true culinary curiosity
- A passionate person who enjoys working in a team
- Someone reliable, positive, with a sense of rhythm
- Lead and motivate the dining room and bar team (training, integration, social climate).
- Supervise operational management: cash handling, invoicing
- Coordinate services in connection with the kitchen.
- Ensure service quality: advice, sales optimization.
- Guarantee hygiene, safety standards, and impeccable cleanliness of the premises.
- Be a driving force for proposals in the steering committee and contribute to the strategic choices of the establishment.
Qualifications
Your Background :
- Hotel training desired
- Successful similar experience within a Michelin-starred house (2* and 3*)
- Fluent English,
- Energy, organization, rigor, and diplomacy are essential,
- First management experience appreciated, team animation skills,
- Sense of welcome, service, and quality,
- Excellent presentation and very good client contact,
- Positive and constructive mindset.
