- Performing conventional milling and turning operations
- Manufacturing components on CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control as well as CNC lathes with Fanuc control
- Creating SolidCAM programs
- Ensuring timely and high-quality production processes
- Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows
- Active support in the assembly area
Requirements
- Technical basic training in CNC manufacturing/polymechanics
- Professional experience in milling, turning
- Good knowledge in setting up and programming CNC lathes/milling machines
- High level of precision, flexibility, reliability, and independence
- Solid CAM knowledge
