• Strengthening the value proposition through continuous development of product and pricing architecture and design
• End-to-end responsibility for the development, introduction, and lifecycle management of the customer & treasury products of the VP Bank Group
• Designing offerings and continuously aligning the offering & pricing with the customer segments of the VP Bank Group
• Responsibility for governance and ongoing optimization of product-related processes and structures
• Central interface between the internal organization and external partners

• Higher education (university, university of applied sciences) combined with relevant banking experience
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the financial sector or in a similar role
• Know-how in Agile/Scrum methods as well as working in cross-functional development teams
• Project management skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to financial services is an advantage
• Very good communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
