Deputy Ward Manager (80 - 100%)

Your Competencies

• Certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Advanced training in management or willingness to complete such training
• Experience in long-term care and care of people with dementia
• Responsible personality for whom professional and resident-oriented care and support are a matter of course
• Good to very good IT user skills

You develop and define goals in consultation with the ward management and the staff and pursue them consistently.
