Your new role

As head of the Communication & Corporate Development department, you are responsible for corporate and marketing communication. Together with your team, you drive forward various topics in corporate development. These include, for example, the strategy process, quality and process management, as well as occupational safety, sustainability, and health. You also place a focus on leadership development and cultural transformation. You lead a small team of dedicated professionals. You also act as a sparring partner for your colleagues in executive management on questions related to communication or leadership.

This position is for you if

• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in communication and several years of experience in corporate communication and development.
• You ideally have experience in organizational and/or leadership development.
• You are used to working strategically, structured, and conceptually, while also enjoying taking on operational tasks.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You already have leadership experience and have managed demanding projects.
• People are at the center for you, and you would like to contribute to positive changes at VBSG.
