A future-oriented and modern non-profit organization, which with around 80 employees on behalf of ten municipalities ensures care and support for customers of all ages at home for 30,000 inhabitants. A fulfilling task that is also fun.

Spitex near Winterthur is looking for YOU: FaGe (m/f/d), 40-100%, fixed days possible

Your tasks:

You travel independently by car to provide our customers at home with the best possible care
Your tasks include personal care, mobilization, support with nutrition, as well as taking over delegated medical tasks such as medication management and wound dressings.
You record care progress in the electronic care documentation and order medications and care materials.
In our primary nursing, you share responsibility within a tandem for the comprehensive care and individual nursing of individual customers and regularly meet with your tandem colleagues for case discussions.
