Collaboration Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Collaboration Cloud Engineer for the following areas of responsibility:

Development, testing, and implementation of M365 solutions (MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.) based on business requirements

Migration of on-premise systems to the cloud

Creating specifications and concepts with direct involvement of all stakeholders

Analysis and resolution of disruptions, including ensuring efficient and sustainable problem-solving

Operation, monitoring, and 3rd-level support of communication and collaboration environments

Planning and implementation of system expansions as well as carrying out OS and software updates

Collaboration with business and IT departments as well as external service providers

Continuous improvement of process flows and user experience

Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and user manuals

This is what we wish for

Completed training in the field of computer science (HF/FH) or comparable qualifications

Proven experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint)

Basic cloud knowledge in the area of Microsoft Azure

Experience and enjoyment in automation with PowerShell, SQL, and other languages

Analytical thinking, personal responsibility, and solution-oriented working style

Enjoyment of new technologies and the continuous optimization of services

Basic communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
