What you can achieve with us
- Overall responsibility for the Customer Service Energy department (electricity, gas, water, heat)
- Leadership, promotion, and further development of the team
- Ensuring an efficient and service-oriented customer service
- Preparation of reports, statistics, and participation in reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for continuous process optimization as well as implementation of digitization and innovation projects
- Active management and further development of project management initiatives focusing on efficiency improvement and customer orientation
- Developing and building new services
- Support with annual financial statements, audits, and internal projects
What defines you
- Several years of experience in billing and customer management, ideally with SAP
- Very good knowledge in reporting (e.g., Power BI) as well as in project management (traditional and agile)
- Solid IT skills and interest in new technologies; knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, Python) is an advantage
- Leadership experience with a focus on delegating responsibility to employees, promoting and supporting them
- Strong team orientation, high personal responsibility, and solution-oriented working style
- Analytical skills, enthusiasm for innovation, and passion for complex issues
