The dreischiibe foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen, and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental disabilities at 220 work, training, and integration places. In the day and meeting center, we promote social integration with 63 visitor places.
We are looking for a committed and experienced quality assurance specialist to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
Administrative control and monitoring
Quality assurance
- Systematic control of the completeness and correctness of files (completeness, transparency, and objectivity)
- Verification of proper management and archiving of all relevant documents, including progress documentation and reporting from the educational work
- Control of compliance with agreed deadlines in cooperation with interfaces
- Control of compliance with internal guidelines
- Preparation of regular control reports and recommendations for process optimization to management
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy, work pedagogy, or job coaching with several years of professional experience is an advantage, alternatively in controlling
- Knowledge in the implementation of integration measures
- Strong written expression and knowledge of qualitative requirements in reporting
- Experience in control activities and quality management desired
- Independent and structured way of working
