Breakfast Manager 100% (m/f/d)
- Management & organization of breakfast service
- Creating duty rosters & leading the team
- Guest care with heart & at top level
- Ensuring quality & hygiene (HACCP)
- Implementing feedback & continuous optimization
- Complaint management with sensitivity
- Coordination with other departments
- Training & further development of your team
You have completed training in gastronomy or hotel management or hold a degree from a hotel management school. Thanks to your professional experience in a comparable position, you are well acquainted with the processes in restaurant management and are proficient in using Micros Symphony.
Fluent German and English skills are mandatory for this position; additional language skills are an advantage.
You bring sensitivity in dealing with national and international guests, enjoy leading employees as well as intercultural collaboration.
