Breakfast Manager 100% (m/f/d)

• Management & organization of breakfast service
• Creating duty rosters & leading the team
• Guest care with heart & at top level
• Ensuring quality & hygiene (HACCP)
• Implementing feedback & continuous optimization
• Complaint management with sensitivity
• Coordination with other departments
• Training & further development of your team

You have completed training in gastronomy or hotel management or hold a degree from a hotel management school. Thanks to your professional experience in a comparable position, you are well acquainted with the processes in restaurant management and are proficient in using Micros Symphony.

Fluent German and English skills are mandatory for this position; additional language skills are an advantage.

You bring sensitivity in dealing with national and international guests, enjoy leading employees as well as intercultural collaboration.
