We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender/Service professional to join our team in Switzerland. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you! The candidate should already be a resident in Switzerland and not living abroad.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Follow recipes to create SHOKO cocktails
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with taking orders, serving food, and managing customer requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a service role is preferred.
- Some experience in mixology and infusions advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and coffee preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in German/Swiss German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
