To complete our Spot Check and Security teams, we are looking for a communicative and strong leadership personality as Team Leader Spot Check and Security for the Berikon location starting April 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks

You take on the personnel management of about 9 employees and act as a role model
You inform about directives and ensure their implementation together with the site management
You take responsibility for the specialist area of material and vehicles
You conduct ticket inspections on our trains and buses with the team
You assist our passengers to the right train/bus on the right platform with the correct ticket
You enforce the house rules and usage regulations of public transport, check the customer and security infrastructure, and thus contribute to the safety of our passengers, employees, and infrastructure

Your profile

Completion of training as conductor, train attendant, train manager or completion of training or several years of experience in the security sector / (rail) police
Experience in personnel management and high social competence
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
Very good IT user skills and experience in administrative tasks
Good health and enjoyment of irregular working hours (weekend and night work)
Independent working style as well as reliability, flexibility, and assertiveness
Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract), driving license category B (passenger car)
