Tasks
- Ensure the care process for our clients is maintained effectively.
- Take on case responsibility and assist in all services, including night shifts.
- Analyze complex care situations and coordinate necessary services.
Skills
- You should have a diploma in nursing and preferably Spitex experience.
- Self-reliant and responsible work approach is required.
- Familiarity with MS Office and possibly RAI-HC software is a plus.

Your Profile
- Degree as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Spitex experience preferred
- Independent and responsible working style
- Proficient in IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
- Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver's license
