The company relies on a network of 34 agencies located in Switzerland (10) and France (24).

The position:

To support its development and ambitions, Gold Service is looking for a Customer Advisor for the Purchase and Sale of precious metals, for its agency in Morges.

Your mission:

- Ensure the reception, advice and follow-up of customers;

- Control and analyse jewellery, bars, coins, watches and all precious metals;

- Advise clients on investment strategy and placement in precious metals;

- Manage administrative tasks related to the agency's operation;

- Prospecting

- Competitive intelligence

- Enrichment of the customer database

- Increase the agency's turnover by developing the existing client portfolio.

This position is for you if you have these skills…:

- You have training in sales, commerce, watchmaking or jewellery;

- You have a good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP);

- You master French, as well as English.

Experience in the precious metals sector would be an asset.

Your criminal record is clean and without prosecution.

Permanent contract.

Position based in Morges.

Agency opening days: Monday to Saturday.

Schedule: daytime work.

Occupancy rate for the position: 100%.

Work alone at the agency.
