What you achieve
- You ensure comprehensive, individual, and holistic care for our clients
- You provide evidence-based nursing care
- You work closely with the core nursing team in the sense of continuous quality and process optimization
What you bring
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) and ideally have already gained Spitex experience
- You possess solid nursing expertise and enjoy working with people in all life situations
- You are a strong team player who quickly gains access to clients and relatives through your open, communicative, and empathetic manner
- You hold a category B driving license
