Your tasks
- Personnel, organizational, and professional leadership of the Planning and Construction department, including the areas of urban planning, building construction, mobility and energy, as well as real estate with around 20 employees
- Advising and supporting employees in conceptual-methodical and professional questions
- Advising and supporting the head of the department as well as various professional and political committees
- Multi-year planning of projects and tasks to be handled, including participation in budgeting and financial planning
- As a member of the executive board: co-responsibility for the management and further development of the city administration
Your profile
- Solid education and training (e.g., construction or planning law or business administration, combined with experience or further training in planning or construction law)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in public administration
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Resilient personality with foresight and an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
- Empathetic and communicatively confident appearance in political and public environments
