Your tasks
- At the highest cantonal court, you support the judges with an advisory vote in decision-making and case management.
- You independently draft well-founded judgments and decisions in family law, thus contributing to precise legal decisions.
- You analyze fundamental and complex legal issues and develop clear, comprehensible solutions.
- You participate in court hearings and judgment consultations. In doing so, you take the minutes and contribute in an advisory capacity.
Your profile
- Completed law degree
- Bar admission
- You bring professional experience in family law (court, administration, law firm) and an affinity for family law issues.
- Your analytical thinking and quick comprehension enable you to grasp even complex matters quickly and thoroughly.
- You work in a structured and independent manner but also appreciate exchange within a committed team.
- You have a high level of commitment and impeccable language skills.
