Real Estate Appraiser
Office for Real Estate Valuation | 80-100% | Davos
The Office for Real Estate Valuation (AIB) is decentralized across six locations. We conduct official valuations of developed properties within the framework of revision and application valuations. Through our varied activities, we are in daily contact with different stakeholders such as owners, offices, and the Graubünden Building Insurance. The three cantonal languages are also used.
We are looking for a motivated real estate appraiser starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Independent inspection and valuation of properties in residential and condominium ownership as well as commercial enterprises for revision and application valuations
- Recording and evaluation of ownership changes
- Preparation of statements in case of objections
- Consultation on internal and external valuation questions
- Basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and ideally further education and training in the construction or real estate sector
- Preferably several years of professional experience
- Willingness to complete further training as a real estate appraiser
- Confident use of modern IT tools
- Analytical skills, structured and independent working style
- Teamwork, commitment, and flexibility
