What awaits you with us
We wish for a warm and motivated personality who tackles their task with passion
- Support with all administrative processes in HR: from onboarding to offboarding
- Consultation and support of our line managers and employees in HR-relevant topics
- Data maintenance and updating in the Mirus program
- Recording, support, and ongoing control in the area of accident and illness
- Execution of registrations and deregistrations with social insurances
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ and preferably some initial HR experience
- Alternatively, you have training or further education as an HR clerk and good L-GAV knowledge
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and passion for HR
- Your manners are impeccable and the team spirit, also across departments, is very important to you
