What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the entire process – from briefing suppliers to ordering – including offer comparison, price negotiations, and selecting the best solutions
- You coordinate and track orders up to the point of sale, working closely with various stakeholders and ensuring every detail is considered
- Through varied and exciting projects, you support our different departments such as Marketing, Key Account, and Sales
- Finally, you ensure the provision of the necessary materials for advertising campaigns, taking budget and time constraints into account
What you bring with you
- A successfully completed business administration education (Bachelor or equivalent) with ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- As a true team player, you stand out through reliability, initiative, and organizational talent
- With good editorial and communication skills, you convince through your negotiation skills, consulting competence, and innovative ideas
- Your native language is German or French, and you have good knowledge (B2) of the other language
