For our Renovation Master Builder Zurich department, we are looking for you as a Construction Supervisor: Hazardous Substance Remediation. Your area of operation includes varied construction sites in the Zurich region. You will work in a dynamic, straightforward team that convinces with a healthy mix of experience and fresh ideas. You can expect strong team spirit and a lot of personal responsibility.

What you will do

• On-site inspections
• Calculation and preparation of offers
• Preliminary review of contracts for work
• Planning, preparing, and executing:
  • Preparation of the necessary documents for authorities and the foreman (e.g., SUVA, UGZ, STEB, cantons, municipality): forms, plans, remediation concepts, safety concepts, risk analyses, schedule, etc.
  • Clean and continuous communication with the foreman
  • Site inspection with the foreman before the start of the contract
• Implementation/enforcement of occupational safety requirements, internal operating instructions, guidelines, as well as general standards and regulations
• Project support (project controlling): site management, project management including project finances (including change order management and direct labor)
• Ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Preparation and correction of measurements
• Timely invoicing (advance and final invoice)
• Preparation of final reports / photo documentation
• Acquisition and participation in contractor meetings
• Active consulting and customer care
