Your tasks
- You answer written customer inquiries (mainly by email and chat, and less frequently by letter or phone) on topics such as usage, invoices, or offers in German, French, and possibly English – always solution-oriented and with a clear focus on customer needs
- You take on a central role as an interface within Mobility by coordinating customer feedback and incidents and forwarding them to the appropriate departments
- You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to continuously improving processes and the customer experience
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have experience in written customer correspondence and/or customer service
- Your very good written language skills in French (B2/C1) and German (C1) complete your profile – English skills are an additional advantage
- You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with cross-departmental topics and recognize complex contexts
- Your high service orientation and customer focus distinguish you and motivate you to always find the best solutions for our customers
