- Comprehensive care and nursing in cooperation with a specialist in primary care
- Involving residents in care and nursing
- Collaboration in a multiprofessional team consisting of nursing, care, and therapy
- Maintaining contact with relatives and guardians of the resident and other close persons
Your Profile
- You have completed training in elderly care or nursing and have initial professional experience in full inpatient care
- You recognize the needs of the residents and respond appropriately
- Ability to cooperate with all other professional groups
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- Teamwork skills, reliability, commitment, and flexibility
