What is this position about?
You lead and motivate your team in daily production, keep an overview even in challenging situations, and ensure smooth processes. With your commitment and attention to detail, you create the foundation for successful shift operations – with high quality, safe working methods, and measurable team success.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
• lead, motivate, and continuously develop your team of 9–12 employees in a two-shift operation.
• ensure smooth daily operations through active shopfloor management.
• keep an eye on target achievement and ensure deadlines and quantities are met.
• prioritize quality and safety and exemplify these standards in daily work.
• ensure the implementation of TPM at our production facilities, thereby creating reliable processes.
• drive the continuous improvement process in your shift and introduce new impulses.
What do we expect from you?
You:
• are a communicative and organized personality who enjoys leading, inspiring, and developing people.
• have completed a basic technical education and ideally further trained as a leadership specialist, master craftsman, technician, or in a similar field.
• have initial leadership experience – preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• work confidently with MS Office and SAP and have knowledge of lean methods.
• have very good command of the German language; additional language skills are an advantage.
• are characterized by flexibility, personal responsibility, and team spirit.
